How To Wear: Summer Neutrals

Pretty Lace Sweater with White Cuffed Pants -

Nude and White Outfit

Summer is starting to show it’s not so pretty side here in Cali. It’s getting into the 100’s, hence the easy breezy top and light clothing. But really how awesome is this lace crew neck shirt! It has summer lovin’ laced all over it!! It has a very boho relaxed feel but I decided to take it a different direction and dress it up a bit with cropped white jeans and nude heels.

I’m not sure if you can tell but the white pants have a light cream pattern on them. I wanted this look, including the photos, to be cohesive and I achieved this by making sure all elements were linked. The jeans have a light off cream pattern on them that tie in well with the cream lace sweater, the nude heels play on the cream colors. The light wood watch and dainty V necklace add to the hot summer feel that play with the light tones in the outfit.

Also, I wore a nude bandeau bra under the lace top. I believe this is a much better option than wear a bra because it’s more discreet and for some reason you don’t feel like you’re naked. Depending on your figure of course you should wear what’s more comfortable for you

Photos were taken in front of a bright golden field and there’s plenty of those around here. Did you see the previous outfit post that has a similar summer feel? Take a look, Boho Printed Outfit for Summer, the outfit is different from this one, it involves prints and bright colors.

On a side note, it’s my best friends baby shower this weekend! Do you have any suggestions on baby shower attire?

Stay Stylish,
