Saying Goodbye to Summer with Pastel Pink and Blue

Pink and Blue Summer Outfit
This will probably be my last summer outfit! Today is the official start of Fall, my absolute favorite time of year!
For my last summer outfit I wore this pastel pink and blue outfit, one of the few times that I’ve layered this summer. Since the summer months are so hot where I live I never have the need or the opportunity for light layers. Really, the less clothes you wear the better.
For this pink and blue summer layered look I started off with a pastel pink dress. You may or may not be able to tell, but this is the same dress I wore for Easter Sunday. I created this unique look by adding a cropped striped shirt over the dress. This striped shirt is actually a workout top I bought at H&M. The length and wideness of the shirt made it perfect for layering.
The last piece I used for this layered look was a cropped light wash denim jacket. The cropped top plus the jacket kept the outfit from looking too bulgy on the top half.
A skinny belt around my waist is used to accentuate my waist and keep me from looking boxy.
The finishing touches were a pastel pink crossbody to match the pastel pink dress and embellished pink sandals.
I hope you are enjoying the first day of Fall! Get ready for lots of fall essentials and outfit inspiration because I have so much to share with you!
Stay Stylish,

You could totally still wear this in the fall with just a few quick changes! Different belt, add some tights, put on some boots!
