A blazer is a must in any wardrobe but once you have your classic black tailored blazer why not to add a different dimension by playing with different colors, materials, and patterns.

The occasion will determine how you style the blazer but you can wear it to the office, on a date, or a fun day of shopping. Blazers are very versatile.

This is an outfit I wore to my office this week.

I wanted to play with a lace on lace look so paired this navy blazer with a white peplum lace top. I liked how the white top peeked out from underneath the lace blazer. The hem of the peplum lace top is not a straight cut but rather shaped to the pattern of the lace so it’s a nice touch. The top also has a high neckline enabling the two patterns more opportunity to really play off each other.

Gray pants and a gray tote finished off this look.
