How to Wear a White Blazer with Jeans
Spring is the perfect season to wear a white blazer outfit! If it’s your first time wearing a white blazer or you’ve worn one every Spring this post will provide some style tips on how to wear a white blazer in the Spring.
I love a crisp white blazer; it can be dressed up or dressed down, paired with jeans or trousers. In this outfit, I paired this Banana Republic white blazer with a flowy striped cami and cropped blue jeans.
The structured white blazer contrasts the light flowy striped top, and the jeans bring down the dressiness of the blazer. I completed this Spring outfit with dainty gold jewelry and coordinated heels. The orange in the heels matches the color of the striped shirt and the gold strap in the heels match the gold jewelry. The last color coordinated detail is the blue patent handbag and the blue aviator sunglasses.
What completes an outfit is the details. It’s important the pay attention to the colors and accessories. An outfit should look balanced from head to toe.
The jeans in this post are also from Banana Republic. They are the petite skinny ankle jeans in indigo. They are currently one of my favorite jeans because they fit like a glove and are super comfortable.
White Blazer Outfit Style Tips
If you’ve never worn a white blazer before here are some style tips to remember.
- Pair a white blazer with a pop of color of beautiful pastels depending on the season. The stark white will make the colors stand out.
- Dress down a white blazer by pairing it with denim jeans.
- You can either wear the white blazer with light wash jeans or dark wash jeans. If you match the white blazer with light wash jeans, it will make a beautiful day outfit. Dark wash jeans are better for the evening.
- A white blazer looks nice with heels or sneakers. For a casual everyday white blazer outfit pair a white blazer with distressed jeans and converse.
