Now that spring is officially here there are two things on the mind: spring clothing and summer is around the corner which means beachwear.
The nice thing about springs’ transition into summer is that much of the clothing you wear in spring you can wear into summer. Dresses, skirts, shorts, denim jackets and so on are perfect pieces for summer and excellent beachwear.
I will be sharing with you some beachwear essentials that you can not only wear to the beach but also throughout the spring and summer months.
Of course depending on the beachwear essential you might only be able to wear it on the beach: like a bikini.
This is the first beachwear essential, the printed chiffon maxi dress.
Stylish Maxi Dress
The gorgeous maxi dress I’m wearing in this post is from Donna Morgan.
This maxi dress is currently my favorite and I’m going to be wearing it this spring and well into the summer.
The wonderful thing about maxi dresses is that they are a no worry one piece solution. Like most dresses you don’t have to worry about much, just the accessories.
The printed chiffon maxi dress is an essential because it is a piece you can wear in the springtime for lunch get-togehters, late night dates and weekend hangouts. The same maxi dress can be worn to a coastal city. The chiffon is light enough so you won’t get hot and it looks beautiful when blown in the wind, just like these pictures.
Last but not least you can wear in the summertime on those trips to the beach or shopping with your best friends.
This multi-use dress is definitely not just a beachwear essential but also a spring and summer essential.
Stylish Beachwear
The thing I look for in stylish beach wear is the option to wear it on and off the beach. I like an outfit that can seamlessly transition from walking along the beach to sipping cocktails in a local beach side restaurant.
Unless the item is only for the beach, look for stylish clothing that would look nice on and off the sand.
