Even though you should show your appreciation for your loved ones everyday, Valentine’s Day is where you go above and beyond the everyday caring gestures.

If you are still scrounging around your closet trying to figure out what to wear I’ve put together this post to give you a little outfit inspiration for three distinct date outfits.

Casual Date

If you’re spending the day outdoors and need to dress a little more casual for Valentine’s Day consider layering and either wearing a beanie or a hat depending on the weather.
 

Romantic Date

If you are going on a more traditional Valentine’s Day date, think about adding a heart element to your outfit, whether it’s jewelry or a neckline, like I did.

Finally, if you are going to spend Valentine’s Day wine tasting or going on a picnic consider wearing a cardigan, as it’s easy and will keep you warm. With the right print it can be the perfect cute look.
