The Boyfriend Beanie
There are the boyfriend jeans, t-shirt and shirt, but I’m wearing the boyfriend beanie, literally. I don’t own many beanies and I bought this one for my boyfriend before snow trips and it happens to go perfectly in this outfit.
This is the first outfit of a series of three outfit posts on What to Wear for Valentine’s Day. Ladies, this post series covers the primary outfits you’ll need if your significant other is planning on surprising you for Valentine’s Day and the only clue you have is, dress casual, dress romantic or dress cute. Pretty much these three categories will work for all Valentine’s Day situations.
This casual Valentine’s Day outfit is perfect if you’re planning on hiking and spending the day outdoors, let’s say visiting a national park. You still want to look cute but you need to be comfortable and protected from the cold or the sun. If it’s cold wear a beanie like I did, if it’s hot switch it for a hat.

When planning a casual Valentine’s Day outfit think layers and either a hat or beanie.

PS: Those two brown bands on my wrist are my hair ties, I always forget to take them off!
