Every New Year feels like a brand new start, a reason to get on track, and set new resolutions. We get a clean slate and wonderful new beginning. I create new resolutions, goals, and plans. Over the past month we’ve organized this coming New Year and I’m beside myself with excitement. I’m very much looking forward to my 2013 year.

It wasn’t until I looked through these pictures that I realized this outfit had a little holiday spirit in it. It may be the silver headband or snowflake bracelet but something about it makes it feel like a holiday outfit. I don’t own many cowl neck sweaters, mainly because at times they can look a little sloppy but this one in particular has a bit of a structure and the loose turtleneck isn’t overpowering.

These are two items that I received for my birthday that I completely fell in love with, a crystal Bulova watch and a “V” necklace. I have been wanting/needing a watch for a very long time but could never find something that I liked or that would fit me. I have very small wrists and every watch I would try was either too big, too bulky or couldn’t be made small enough. Well, I received the perfect watch, it is small enough that it doesn’t cover my entire wrist and it wont fall off because enough links were taken off.
