It can be difficult putting together a complete wardrobe. Primary pieces that you will be able to mix and match with trendy “in season” pieces can take time to find. How do you know when your wardrobe is complete? Well, who am I kidding, searching for these pieces are a great reason to continue shopping.
To make it easier for all of us I’ve put together a list of 20 investment pieces, two part post, that you should/need to have in your wardrobe. When shopping for these items it’s important to keep in mind that these are “investment pieces” which means you’re purchasing items that should last you the next 4-5 years. With that in mind it’s also important to remember the clothing should be neutral pieces (blacks, browns, whites, grays); pieces that you will be able to wear with my different pairings throughout the year.
This brings me to the purpose of this post. Here are the first 10 investment pieces you should have in your wardrobe. I’m not necessarily saying that you need the particular item that is pictured below but in a perfect world and every wish was granted then all these pieces would be in my closet.
